If you wish to make a booking please check availability first. (Go to the enquiries page).

Bookings are on a first come first served basis.  A secured booking would be on receipt of written confirmation with your name, address, contact number and mobile number if possible, together with a non refundable £50 deposit.  Following receipt of your deposit you will be sent confirmation of your reservation. Balance of the payment is due six weeks prior to the arrival date.

In the event of a customer cancellation a full refund will be given if the property is re-let at the full rent, otherwise the amount paid is forfeit.  If we should have to cancel your booking you will receive a full refund. There would be no further claim against us.

For the comfort of all our guests the cottage is strictly no smoking throughout, and we do not allow pets.

The cottage will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate the premises before 10am on the day of departure.

We are unable to accept liability to any member of the holiday party for any personal injury or sickness, loss or damage to property, including vehicles, however sustained, nor for the loss or theft of belongings and/or money during your stay.

The person named on the booking form will be liable for the cost of any breakages or damage to the property.
